Life 101~
Following, you will find my personal "10 Commandments +5" on how I manage to live my happiest and best life:
1) Know the difference from being lazy or really not feeling up for it.
2) Have a routine exercise schedule - structure is calming.
3) Cook more! But never regret eating out.
4) There's no such thing as being too grateful.
5) Tell people you miss them and want to catch up. Honesty!
6) Try not to wallow in bed... 'Wallowing' outside will lift your mood. (Go for that walk and listen to that podcast.)
7) Have NO EXPECTATIONS from anyone, except for yourself. Keep those high as well as your standards.
8) Don't feel sorry about laying low from a toxic person or situation.
9) Make your bed every morning.
10) Never, ever, ever lie to anyone... What goes around comes around.
11) GO FOR IT! What do you have to lose? What's the worst that can happen?
12) Write down every few days what you're grateful for and what you can improve on.
13) Know your limits - if they're unclear in your head, write them down.
14) Keep the promises you've made to yourself.
15) Know when to apologise and take accountability. Be responsible for your actions.

16) Have a morning/night routine ~ skincare, breakfast, coffee, meditation, phone-calls.
Treat others the way you want to be treated.
