This lip tint comes in my night-out bag wherever I go. I never leave the house in the evening without it. It's the perfect light lip wear for a shvitzy (sweaty) summer night to add a pop of color to your lips!

Sunnies are a must for the summer. If you leave the house without a pair, rookie error! I find myself too often on campus sitting in the sun, squinting and thinking to myself, "I wish my sunnies were here!!"

Last but not least, the 5 minute journal. Every morning when I wake up, I try to take 5 minutes to NOT be on my phone but rather write about a few things that I'm grateful for and set some goals for the day. This sounds like a big effort and truly, it is, but it's just something small to keep myself in check to stay grounded for what happens around me daily.
